So combining the two and using some the new SU Sweetie Pie Set (which I LOVE) I created a card using the basic ideas of both concepts.

I love the challenges going n over at the Technique Twist as well as Unscripted Sketches so I used both ideas of the Modern Whimsy with the sketch here:
This is a sweet whimsical card, so sweet, Remind me of all the times I go to bookstores and library and just want to take all the children's books home because of the wonderful illustrations. This is fantastical, and falls into the "must have" -a real "happy" card that makes me smile!
